 New Year, New Intentions

Happy 2025, friends! 🥂

As we step into this new year, I’m reminded of the power of fresh starts. 2024 was full of growth, lessons, unexpected turns, and great memories created in my work and with loved ones. I also became hyper-focused on routine- which, as a mom, is so important, but I’ve learned that while routine is valuable, it’s just as important to break out of it once in a while and not take yourself too seriously. I’m feeling great, and entering this year with gratitude, clarity, and intention.

This year, I’m focusing on:

  • Prioritizing wellness- mind, body, and spirit.

  • Embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.

  • Staying committed to my goals with balance in mind, both personal and professional.

I’m also excited to continue sharing insights about mental health, the mind-body connection, and the journey toward a balanced life. Whether it’s through my studies in clinical psychology, behavioral health, yoga practice, or deepening my understanding of the connection between physiological functions and mental wellness through a healthcare lens. I’m here to learn, grow, and connect.

To kick things off, here’s a gentle reminder for all of us: Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Let’s celebrate the little wins this year.

What are your intentions for 2025?

If you're still figuring them out, that's okay too.
