Hello Again!

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve posted here! As we approach 2025, I’m excited to reconnect and share more about what I’m passionate about- wellness, mental health, and the mind-body connection.


Life has been full of growth, learning, and so many good things. I’ve also been deepening my understanding of how psychology, mindfulness, and aspects of clinical care like psychiatry contribute to overall well-being. From diving into therapeutic practices and yoga to exploring new opportunities for personal and professional growth, it’s been a rewarding journey.


Whether it’s through therapeutic practices, yoga, or simply learning to be kinder to ourselves, I believe we all have the capacity for healing and growth. I’ll be sharing more soon, but today, here’s a gentle reminder: Your journey doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Progress is progress.
