Donation-Based Yoga Classes

In light of everything our community has been through recently, I’ve been reflecting on how we can come together to heal and support one another. Yoga has always been my way of grounding myself, and I’d love to offer the same to you all during this time.

I’m excited to host 4 donation-based yoga classes, open to everyone, as a space for reflection, healing, and connection. These classes will focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement to help us restore and rebuild from within.
